Attention Parents!

Our children’s ministry volunteers are second to none! I hope you and your children are being blessed by their service! I know I am. On Sunday, November 2nd at 6:00PM, we are taking the opportunity to thank all of our children’s ministry volunteers with a volunteer appreciation event called Ovations, because they deserve a standing Ovation from us for all that they do each week for our kids!

We are asking each family to partner with us to give our volunteers an Ovation by helping us out with this event– either by making/bringing part of the meal for the volunteers or by being present that day/evening to set up or clean up. Our virtue for the month of November in elementary is “Gratitude”, please join us in showing our gratitude to our children’s ministry team by e-mailing me indicating how you would be willing to help show our sincere appreciation to our volunteers. Here is what we need help with:

• 
  
  Cooking, baking, or otherwise helping to provide dinner (i.e.- bringing drinks)


• 
  
  Helping to set up/decorate on Sunday afternoon, November 2


• 
  
  Being present at the event to greet volunteers and/or help with the buffet table


• 
  
  Helping to clean up after the event on Sunday evening

If you indicate that you are willing to bring a portion of the meal, we will call you ASAP and let you know what part of the meal (drinks, side dish, main dish, etc…) you can provide!
